The Main Lodge, located at Moose Lake, is 300 miles north of Vancouver,
near Tweedsmuir Park, in the wilderness of the Upper Blackwater River, and Upper Dean
River region of British Columbia. There, beyond the reach of highways and roads, lies what
freshwater fishing dreams are made of.
The lodge features a spacious dining room with large picture windows and
a spectacular view of Moose Lake framed by distant mountain ranges. Eight comfortable log
cabins, complete with bathrooms, sleep two to four guests each.
Moose Lake is filled with wild native Rainbow Trout, fattened on freshwater shrimp. These
scrappy trout readily take a fly or lure.
Moose Lake Lodge is located in the west-central wilderness area of BC.
There are no roads and and only total wilderness. The only way to the lodge is by air.
There is an runway located immediately next to the lodge and float plane facilities at the
dock in front of the lodge.
