Here at Inlet View Lodge, we can fullfill those needs better than anyone else. We are conviently located
between Homer and Soldotna, Alaska. This puts you in the middle of all the great action,
and not far from a leisurely evening to unwind.
Inlet View Lodge offers rustic cabins with restrooms & showers at "extremly" reasonable rates, a relaxing lounge & dining room with
the best views of Cook Inlet & the distinctive cone of the St. Augustine volcano, live music, delicious home
style meals & refreshing cocktails.
Tourist activities in the Ninilchik area are plentiful. There is the "Old Village" & Russian Orthodox
Church settled by early 1800's Russian Colonists. Enjoy the beautiful snowcapped mountains across Cook Inlet which
offer outstanding settings for photographers. Visit our gorgeous beaches and rivers in which you may wish to sit
by and have a picinic. We also have halibut derbys; whales watching; and seals & sea otters frequent our waters.
You may come for the famous "Biggest Little Fair in Alaska", commerical & sport fishing, and lots
more! There is always plenty to do here.
If fishing, is your main goal, let us set you up with the best
fishing charters/trips in Alaska! All
guides are US Coast Guard approved, provide fishing gear, and are knowledgeable of the waters in the area and where
the fish are biting.

Fishing Charters
We can arrange a  combination saltwater fishing trip for "trophy
size" Halibut and "world record" King Salmon on the famous COOK INLET ( which has produced the World Record King
Salmon at 97 lbs. and the unofficial world Record Halibut at 466 lbs.).
The little Russian fishing village of NINILCHIK is located 33
miles South of Soldotna on The beautiful KENAI PENINSULA
For those anglers who are flying into Alaska, you can fly within 35 miles of us to Kenai Airport and rent a car
or pick up a rental car in Anchorage and drive down. If you need help securing reservations, let us know.
A wide range of accommodations are available in Ninilchik, from motels, cabin rentals (with or without cooking
facilities), bed & breakfast, trailer park (with full hook-ups), and state camping facilities. We will be happy
to assist you in making your arrangements.
For all of our anglers who would like to participate in some bountiful river fishing, there are two major rivers in Ninilchik, offering runs of King Salmon, Red Salmon, Silver Salmon, Dolly Varden,
Steelhead and Arctic Char. Note: check with us for approximate dates of running.
- U.S. Coast Guard licensed.
- All guides experienced skippers on Alaskan waters.
- Fishing gear and equipment can be provided upon request..
- You bring: hip boots or rubber boots, rain gear and warm clothes. Rain gear/boot rentals can
be made available.
