Since 1972, Diamond Hitch Outfitters have helped fishermen, hunters and vacationers enjoy wonder-rich southwestern Montana. The area is a recreation paradise, blessed with spectacular scenery, fabulous fishing, and abundant wildlife. The old west is still alive here with ghost towns, cattle ranches, rodeos, Indian battlefields, and wide open spaces.

Our horse pack trips are taken in the proposed wilderness areas of the East and West Pioneer mountains in the Beaverhead National Forest. River float fishing trips take place on the Beaverhead and Big Hole rivers, with trips on the Madison and Jefferson rivers also available. These are all blue ribbon trout locations. Diamond Hitch Outfitters provide a classic wilderness hunting adventure. Our guides know the country and understand the game. We stay in comfortable camps, eat exceptional food, provide horses matched to our guest's ability and we hunt outstanding areas.
